Man shot at QuikTrip in Northland

KANSAS CITY, MO (KCTV) -

Police are investigating after a man was shot at a QuikTrip in the Northland on Friday night.

They said the shooting happened shortly before 9 p.m.

North Kansas City officers were called to 1010 Armour Road where they found a man, approximately 30 years old, who was wounded by a gunshot.

The man was taken to the hospital. His name isn't being released at this time.

The convenience store was temporarily closed while police processed the scene for evidence.

Police have no suspect description at this time and ask that anyone with possible information call the TIPS Hotline at 816-474-TIPS.
