Remedy's Fried Chicken and French Toast with Sriracha-Maple Glace:
1c. AP flour
1/4c quick grits
Salt & Pepper
-dredge marinated chicken in flour mixture generously before pan frying.
1/2c. Frank's Red Hot sauce
-marinate chicken in this mixture for at least 8 hours.
1/2c. REAL Maple Syrup
1/4c. Sriracha sauce
Juice from 1 lemon
-Combine all ingredients EXCEPT butter in a sauce pan and reduce over medium heat for 10 mins. Remove from heat, stir in butter, enjoy.
