WYANDOTTE COUNTY, KS (KCTV) -

Officials say a woman was killed when she jumped from a moving vehicle on Interstate 70 on Wednesday afternoon.

She was later identified as 52-year-old Deborah Lynn Kloster.

The wreck was reported at eastbound I-70 and Interstate 635 about 12:30 p.m.

The Kansas Turnpike Authority said the woman was a passenger in the vehicle. There was some sort of dispute inside and she opened her door and jumped.

The vehicle she jumped out of hit her and she died.

Thursday, the Kansas Turnpike Authority said in their released report that the driver was 71-year-old John Warren Reynolds, Jr. Police questioned him extensively at the scene.

The Kansas Highway Patrol and the Kansas Turnpike Authority will continue to investigate. It's unknown at this time if Reynolds will face any charged.
