CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) -

The Backstreet Boys will return to Riverbend Music Center this summer with special guest Avril Lavigne.

The boy band announced Friday it is extending its "In A World Like This" tour and will perform in Cincinnati on Sunday, June 15. In response to an "overwhelming demand," the band said they will perform in at least 23 more concerts.

All five 1990s heartthrobs, Nick Carter, Howie Dorough, Brian Littrell, AJ McLean and Kevin Richardson, will perform hits like "Quit Playin' Games (With My Heart)" and "I Want It That Way."

Tickets go on sale Friday, March 21 at 10 a.m. which you can purchase at www.Ticketmaster.com.
