Meatballs in a red wine-bravas sauce, served on crostinis, dash of Maldon salt. Topped with Manchego cheese.

3 Meat Balls
3 oz of Bravas sauce

1.5 oz Garlic

1 oz Thyme

2 oz Red Wine

1 Baguette

1. Sear the meatballs well, Then add the minced Garlic, thyme & Red wine.
2. Reduce the red wine to Au Sec (Almost dry) & add the bravas
3. Bring to a simmer & serve
