If you grew up in the 1990s, you probably remember watching Hey Arnold!, Rocket Power and even Rocko's Modern Life.

Nickelodeon, founded in 1977, is famously known for their cartoons, green slime and the rise of several child stars like Amanda Bynes and Nick Cannon.

According to TopTens.com, these are the best Nickelodeon shows of all time:

Rugrats – Created in 1991. This show is one of the original "Nicktoons" along with Doug and The Ren & Stimpy Show.

The Fairly Oddparents – Created in 2001. Frankie Muniz and Jay Leno contributed as voices on the show.

Drake & Josh – Created in 2004.  When the show ended, the creator took the couch from the living room set to keep in his own home.

Avatar: The Last Airbender – Created in 2005. Creator Michael Dante DiMartino left Family Guy to work on this show.

Spongebob Squarepants – Created in 1999. Out of all the Nicktoons to air in the 1990s, this is the only one still in production.
