HUNTSVILLE, AL (WAFF) -

A man new to the neighborhood was shocked towatch federal agents arrest someone a few doors down this past week.

50-year-old Patrick Minga was arrested at ahome on Steeplechase Drive on Friday. He is accused of running a sextourism business on Craigslist. Investigators spotted an ad that said for afee, he would arrange lodging, transportation, meals and unlimited access togirls under the age of 13 in Ecuador and Colombia.

He allegedly tried to make these arrangementsfor an undercover agent based out of Brevard County FL several times.

Neighbors at Steeplechase Drive said they sawthe federal agents pull up Friday, knock on Minga's door, walk inside, and thenwalk back out with a man in handcuffs, as well as a computer.

"It's pretty crazy. I wouldn't have expectedit," said neighbor Jared Olbricht. "We've only been here a month; we've beenhere temporarily. It seems like a pretty quiet area."

Minga is charged with attempted sextrafficking. He is currently detained in Birmingham, but will be sent back toFlorida for prosecution. He faces up to 30 years in prison.
