BRGR Big Hoss Burger

Makes 4 Big Hoss Burgers
2 oz. butter
2 lbs. ground chuck (8 oz. per burger patty)
8 slices cooked bacon strips
4 slices cheddar cheese
2 oz. steak sauce
2 cups onion straws
4 Salt & Pepper bun buns
SIDE: Bottle of Tabasco (optional)
Carefully mix the ground chuck, salt and pepper with the tines of a fork, but do not mash it. Lightly form each hamburger and lightly press into a patty shape.
Heat a grill, broiler, or sauté pan and cook the hamburgers for 3 to 5 minutes on each side until almost done. Place cheese on the hamburgers to melt.
While burgers are cooking, toast or grill buns, fry onion straws, and cook fried egg, Place burger patty on the bottom bun, stack: onion straws, steak sauce and fried egg. Finish with the top bun.
