The Cat in the Hat will be joining us live Sunday on The FOX19 Morning News for our list of the day.

We discussed the top 5 lessons we've learned from the author (Theodor Seuss Geisel) in honor of his 110th birthday which is Sunday.

  1. "The more you read, the more things you know," from his book I Can Read With My Eyes Shut!
  2. "And when things start to happen, don't worry, don't stew, Just go right along, you'll start happening too," from his book Oh, The Places You'll Go!
  3. "If you ever did, you should. These things are fun, and fun is good," from his book One Fish, Two Fish, Red Fish, Blue Fish.
  4. "Today I shall behave, as if this is the day I will be remembered," From his book Green Eggs and Ham.
  5. "Today you are you, that is truer than true. There is no one alive who is youer than you."
