ELYRIA, OH (WOIO) -

Frosty the kitten continues to recover after being found frozen to the ground earlier this month.

Workers at the Friendship Animal Protective League say Frosty's eyes are now healed, but he is losing his pads from the frostbite.

He also has a broken tail, which he will have for the rest of his life.

Frosty's neutering has been pushed back a week to allow him to recover more.
