As of this writing, snow flurries are in the forecast for Monday morning. While the temperature can be unpredictable around here, you might as well make the most of this weekend just in case.

The Red Door Project

A pop-up art exhibit by dozens of Cincinnatians from different walks of life will debut as part of Over-the-Rhine's Final Friday. Find it at the storefront previously occupied by Joseph-William home.

Art of Food 

Engage all of your senses by browsing the annual exhibition where artists use food as their inspiration to create works of art. Many of the pieces are actually made of food and are done by visual artists and top chefs in the area.

MainStrasse Village Mardi Gras Celebration

There is no better place to celebrate Mardi Gras in the state of Kentucky other than Covington's MainStrasse Village. There's an entertainment tent, cajun food booths and a parade on both Friday and Saturday night. Baubles, bangles and beads will be available at village businesses. After the fun inside the tent, the party continues at area MainStrasse bars.

Details: Friday and Saturday, 8 PM to 1 AM. Tickets are $10 per night or $15 in advance for both nights. 406 W 6th Street, MainStrasse, Covington. www.mainstrasse.org.

A'cat'emy Awards Extravaganza

Hosted by FOX19 Morning News anchor Jacki Jing, you can walk the red carpet, sip cocktails, dine, dance and bid in a silent auction. The event is presented by the Ohio Alleycat Resource & Spay/Neuter Clinic (OAR).

Cincinnati Cyclones vs. Evansville Icemen

The Cyclones face the Icemen on pink ice Saturday evening during the annual Pink in the Rink Night. They'll wear special jerseys to be auctioned off immediately after the game to benefit the Pink Ribbon Girls. Hiatt's Florist will hand out pink carnations to women in the audience.

Mardi Gras at the Market

Didn't make it down to New Orleans this year for Mardi Gras? No worries. Findlay Market is having its 10th annual Mardi Gras celebration with a parade through the market, OTR Biergarten, a seafood boil and the royal crowning.

2 Chainz at Bank of Kentucky Center

Hip hop artist 2 Chainz will bring his "2 Good 2 Be Tru" tour to Northern Kentucky University with August Alsina and Pusha T. Tickets are available at The Bank of Kentucky Center box office for NKU students with ID.
