PHOENIX (CBS5) -

Silent Witness is offering a cash reward in hopes of generating new leads into a robbery at a Phoenix-area phone store last month.

The two suspects who robbed a Cricket phone store at 4300 W. Indian School Rd. on Oct. 24 remain at large.

The suspects entered the store shortly before 6 p.m. and pretended to be customers, said Silent Witness Sgt. Darren Burch.

One of the suspects asked the clerk to see a phone and when it was handed to him, he walked toward the door, Burch said.

At the same time, the other suspect grabbed a phone from the shelf and also walked toward the exit.

When the clerk tried to stop one of them, he shoved and punched her in the upper chest, Burch said.

The suspects ran out of the store with the phones and got into a maroon Ford Expedition.

People with any information are asked to call Silent Witness at 480-WITNESS or toll free at 1-800-343-TIPS.

People can also leave an anonymous tip on the Silent Witness website at silentwitness.org.

A cash reward of up to $1,000 is available for information leading to the arrest and/or indictment of the suspect or suspects of this crime.
