Gram & Dun's Burnt Ends Mac & Cheese

1 lb KC beef burnt ends
8oz your favorite BBQ sauce
Heat and sauce the burnt ends. Hold hot.
6oz Garlic cream
1lb cooked noodle
4oz shredded Fontina cheese
2oz shredded pecorino cheese
Heat the garlic cream, stir in the cheese.
When all cheese is melted add the noodles.
Heat until all noodles are coated
Put burnt ends in the bottom of bowl and pour noodle and cheese mixture over. Top with crumbled pork rinds and pickles.
