LOS ANGELES (CNN) - A domestic violence charge against rapper 50 Cent was dropped, as part of a plea deal.
The rapper, whose real name is Curtis Jackson, was accused of kicking his ex-girlfriend and ransacking her bedroom back in June.
His attorney released a statement Monday saying his client entered an agreement with the Los Angeles city attorney.
The rapper pleaded no contest to one count of misdemeanor vandalism. But the other charges were dismissed.
He will be on unsupervised probation for three years.
And he's expected to perform community service and attend counseling sessions.
