DALE CITY, VIRGINIA (POOL/CNN) - The Democrat vying to be Virginia's next governor is sharing the political spotlight with another Clinton.
Former President Bill Clinton kicked off a three-day campaign tour to support gubernatorial candidate Terry Mcauliffe, Sunday.
"The real question is can those of you who get up and worry about getting your kids to school and putting clothes on their backs, and food on the table and living your dreams, will you care as much as they do and show up and vote? A big reason for the incredible political division in this country is that in the non-presidential years, a whole different America shows up than in the presidential years," Clinton said.
The big name help comes a little more than a week before the Nov. 5 election pitting Mcauliffe against Republican State Attorney General Ken Cuccinelli.
Last weekend, it was former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, who joined Mcauliffe on the campaign trail.
The businessman is a close friend and adviser of both Clintons.
