PORTLAND, OR (KPTV) -

A man wanted by police accused of kidnapping three people in Vancouver has been caught.

Vancouver police said Nicholas Loredo was found near Southeast 82nd and Sandy Boulevard in Portland Wednesday.

He had been identified as a suspect in an alleged robbery and kidnapping at 7 a.m. Tuesday.

Court documents said Loredo forced the three victims - two adults and one 17-year-old - into a home on V Street, and that one of the victims reported seeing a gun in Loredo's waistband during the kidnapping. That victim said Loredo held them for at least two hours as he waved a gun around while talking to himself.

The motive for the robbery and kidnapping, according to court documents, was retaliation for an apparent "theft of property" from another woman.

Detectives arrested Tyfannie Kuykendall on Tuesday in connection with the crime and then served a search warrant at a home in the Orchards area that night. Police said they found evidence and seized a green Ford Ranger during a SWAT raid at the home.

Members of the Vancouver Police Department Major Crimes Unit were conducting interviews Wednesday night and no further information was expected to be immediately released in connection to the case.
