SCOTTSDALE, AZ (CBS5) -

Police have arrested a man they say flashed a knife at security after he was kicked out of a Scottsdale bar for disorderly conduct.

The Scottsdale Police Department said Brandon Hobson, 30, was walking away from the bar about 12:40 a.m. Sunday when he lifted his shirt to show the security staff that he had a large knife on his belt.

Security followed Hobson and at Sixth Avenue and Civic Center Plaza the suspect pulled out a handgun and shot at the ground.

Officers arrested him for endangerment, disorderly conduct and weapons charges.
