A 1998 Dodge Ram struck a utility pole around 12:13 a.m. on Friday
An overnight pick-up truck crash sent two people to the hospital.
Police say that around 12:15 a.m. on Friday, Joe Singleton, 40, failed to control a 1998 Dodge Dakota pickup truck heading southbound on Montgomery Road. Singleton's vehicle drove off the right side of the road and struck a utility pole.
Rebecca Singleton, 18, rode as a passenger of the vehicle and was not wearing a seatbelt.
Both Joe and Rebecca were transported to the University of Cincinnati Medical Center, where Rebecca is listed in critical condition.
At the time of the crash, Joe Singleton was wearing a seatbelt and is currently in stable condition.
Police say that speed is not a factor in the crash; however impairment appears to be the factor.
The Cincinnati Police Department's Traffic Unit is currently investigating this crash and ask any witnesses to call (513) 352-2514.
