Angel Food Cake Parfait

1 box angel food cake – baked to box directions. Once cooled, cut the cake into cubes. In a bowl, beat 1 pkg cream cheese until smooth. Add 1 tbsp vanilla, 1 package marshmallow fluff and beat well. Fold in 1 package of cool whip topping. Wash the berries and let dry before layering. Start with a layer of cake, then top with cream cheese mixture, and sprinkle with berries. Repeat layering until it is complete. Can serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
