KANSAS CITY, KS (KCTV) -

Two people have been charged in the murder of a man at the Suntree Plaza Apartments in Kansas City, KS, earlier in the week.

District Attorney Jerome Gorman charged Deon J. Graham, 18 years old, and Tiara N. Harden, 18 years old, with first-degree murder of 27-year-old Shavar Buckner, aggravated robbery and conspiracy to commit aggravated robbery.

Police were called to the apartments located near West 47th Street just east of Roe Lane about 9 a.m. Tuesday and found Buckner and 17-year-old Earnest Stamps dead in the basement hallways that led to the laundry room.

The conspiracy to commit aggravated robbery alleges that Graham and Harden conspired together and with Stamps to rob Buckner. Stamps and Buckner appear to have exchanged gunfire, and both were killed.

A release from the district attorney's office said Graham and Harden are in the Wyandotte County jail, in lieu of posting $1 million appearance bonds.

Both will likely be in court for their first appearance Friday afternoon.

Officers also discovered a third victim hours later wounded in one of the apartments.
