1.5 oz DHD Reserve Bourbon
0.75 oz Honey Syrup
0.75 oz Lemon Juice
2 Slices of Peach
Garnish: Mint Sprig
Combine peaches and honey syrup in a mixing glass and muddle well. Add remaining ingredients and cap with a shaker tin. Shake well. Double-strain through a tea strainer into an old fashioned glass, over fresh ice. Garnish with mint sprig and serve.
To make honey syrup: Combine equal parts honey and water Mina sauce pan on medium-high heat. Stir until honey and water combine completely. Remove from heat and allow to cool. Jar, seal and refrigerate. Lasts six months.
