CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) -

A hearing is scheduled for two charter school leaders accused of theft charges.

Cincinnati College Prep Academy Superintendent Lisa Hamm and treasurer Stephanie Millard face 26 counts of theft in office after a state auditor's investigation uncovered lavish trips taken with taxpayer money.     

A trial date is expected to be set at Monday's hearing.
