Donate to 100 Club of AZ to support families of Raetz, Harper

PHOENIX (CBS5) -

You can donate to the 100 Club of Arizona to support the families of two Phoenix first responders who lost their lives while on duty over the weekend.

Phoenix Firefighter Bradley Harper, 23, died after being crushed between two fire vehicles at a mulch fire Saturday near Lower Buckeye and 35th Avenue, said Phoenix Fire Chief Bob Khan.

Harper served two years with the Phoenix Fire Department. He is survived by his wife, Lena, and friends and family.

Phoenix Police Officer Daryl Raetz, 29, died from injuries suffered in a hit-and-run crash early Sunday morning, said Phoenix police Chief Daniel Garcia.

Raetz was an Iraq War veteran and served six years with the Phoenix Police Department. He is survived by his wife, a 5-year-old daughter and friends and family.

    Police are investigating a double-shooting at 104th Street and Holmes.  One person is fighting for their life, while the second victim suffered serious but non-life threatening injuries.  This is the third double-shooting in Kansas City in the past 24 hours.  This is a developing story.
