Cinco De Mayo Burger

chorizo & beef patty, pepper jack cheese, pico de gallo, lettuce, avocado, tortilla strips, corn bun, grilled jalapeño 11

 

Chorizo Patty Ingredients:

4 Pounds Ground Beef

1-1/2-Pound Chorizo

2 cup Pico de Gallo, fine dice and drain.

2 TBL Taco seasoning

1 TBL Salt

1 cups Panko Bread Crumbs

 

Method:

1. Place ground beef and chorizo in a bowl and mix.

2. Sprinkle seasoning, panko and pico over burger mix

3. Mix meat and seasoning

4. Portion burger mixture into 8 oz wt.

5. Press portioned burger.

6. Grill or fry burger to desired temperature

7. To build the burger, place bottom bun on plate, add cooked burger patty, melt pepperjack on top, place: lettuce, avocado, tortilla strips on top of cheese, place top bun, then pick the grilled jalapeño to the top bun
