Granola French Toast

Granola French Toast

Ingredients:

     

2 cups

heavy cream

     

8 ea

whole eggs

     

1/2 tsp

ground nutmeg

     

1/2 tsp

cinnamon

     

1/4 cup

sugar

     

1/8 cup

brown sugar

     

2 cups

granola, ground in food processor

   

8 ea.

thick slice brioche

     

3 Tbsp.

butter

     
         

Method:

       

1. Whisk all ingredients except granola well

   

2. Dip each slice of brioche in egg mixture, then press each side into granola.

3. Melt butter in a pan over medium heat. 

   

4. Cook 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.

5. Serve warm with strawberry jam, butter, vanilla maple syrup and powdered sugar.
