No-Bake Energy Bars (*adapted from Dr. Oz's No-Bake Energy Bars)

1 cup quick-cook oats, uncooked
1/3 cup dried tart cherries (or fruit of your choice)
½ cup natural peanut butter
3 tbsp honey
1 tsp vanilla extract
Mix ingredients together in a bowl.
Spread the mixture in a 8x8 pan and refrigerate for 2 hours.
Slice and enjoy! Return uneaten bars to the fridge for storage.
