Officials ID body at found at Wallace State Park

CAMERON, MO (KCTV) -

Missouri State Highway Patrol officials are investigating after a worker at Wallace State Park found a woman's body near the lake at the park Friday.

The body has been identified as Janette D. Riffle-Hartley, 53, of Cameron, MO.

An autopsy was conducted on a day later at the Jackson County Medical Examiner's office.

Authorities said final results of the autopsy will be released in three weeks.

The Clinton County Sheriff's Department continues the investigation with the assistance of the patrol's Drug and Crime Control division.

No further details are being released at this time.
