Yield: 4 sandwiches          
2 lb. smoked ham, sliced thinly        
1 cup maple braised pork (see recipe)      
1/2 cup sliced bread and butter pickles      
1/4 cup BRGR mustard          
4 ea. ciabatta bun (or other crusty bread)      
4 slices swiss cheese          
1. Warm ham and pork together in the oven.        
2. Spread ciabatta buns with BRGR mustard and layer with sliced pickles.  
3. Divide ham and pork evenly between sandwiches and top with swiss cheese.  
4. Cook sandwiches on a panini press or between 2 hot cast iron pans, about 5 minutes.

5. Bread should be well toasted on both sides and cheese melted.  Serve immediately.
