A dying man's videotaped eye blinks will be allowed in court.

David Chandler identified his alleged shooter, Ricardo Woods, through a series of eye blinks while he was paralyzed. Chandler later died.

Woods' attorneys asked Judge Beth Myers to not allow video of the blinking testimony to be shown to the jury, but Myers denied the motion.

Trial is scheduled to begin on April 29.
