Celery Salt

2 Tablespoons Coarse Sea Salt Crystals 

2 Tablespoon Whole Celery Seed

Preparation:

Put ingredients in a coffee grinder and pulse a few times until you have reached your desired granulation.

Store in a salt shaker or in air tight container, to retain freshness.

Green Salt

2 Tablespoons Coarse Sea Salt Crystals 

1 Tablespoon Dry Chervil (French Parsley)

1 Tablespoon Dry Parsley Flakes

Preparation:

Put salt in a coffee grinder and pulse a few times to crush down the salt granules, now add both parsleys and pulse a few more times.

Store in a salt shaker or in air tight container, to retain freshness.

Pepper Medley Seasoned Salt

2 Tablespoons Whole Peppercorn Medley – contains White, Pink, Black and Green Peppercorns

2 Tablespoons Kosher Salt

Preparation:

Put peppercorns in coffee grinder and pulse about 3 or 4 times, now add salt and pulse a few more times. The final product should look like a fine ground black pepper. The flavor will be zesty, spicy and salty excellent for all purpose cooking.

Store in a salt shaker or in air tight container, to retain freshness.

French Seasoning Salt

1 Tablespoon Celtic Sea Salt

1 Tablespoon Dehydrated Minced Onion

1 Tablespoon Dehydrated Minced Garlic

1 Tablespoon Fine Herbs

1 Tablespoon Milled Black Peppercorns

Preparation:

Put all ingredients in a mortar and grind using a pestle.

Crush and grind to a coarse powder consistency.

This is an excellent all purpose spice with great flavors and cooking aroma.

If you use this spice in place of salt you will reduce your salt intake by 80%.

Store in a salt shaker or in air tight container, to retain freshness.
