Manhunt Monday: Chop shop suspect on the run

Silent Witness needs the public's help in finding a man suspected for running a chop shop.

Salvador Cardona-Mendoza, 40, is also wanted on auto theft charges.

He is described as 6' tall and weighs 300 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes. Police said he uses a lot of different aliases. He has a tattoo on his right shoulder with the name "Marcela" inside two hearts.

Officers also need help finding Almaine Washington, 32, who violated probation after a conviction for sexual conduct with a minor.

He is described as 6' tall and weighs 180 pounds. He sometimes goes by the name Albert or Almaine Lightfoot. His nicknames are "t-c" and "t-crazy." He has a tattoo on his chest of a bulldog.

Anyone with information about the two fugitives is asked to call Silent Witness at 480-WITNESS OR 480-TESTIGO.
