The Ginger Julep

1.5 oz Dark Horse Distillery Reserve Bourbon Whiskey

1.5 oz Big O Ginger Liqueur

0.5 oz simple syrup

Muddle 3 mint sprigs (1 for garnish)

Splash sparkling water

Build all ingredients in a mixing glass, shake and pour into rocks glass with a sugared rim, garnish with a mint sprig
