Police seek gunman in Northland grocery store robbery

KANSAS CITY, MO (KCTV) -

Police are seeking help identifying a man who allegedly robbed a Northland grocery store.

Officers were called about 11 p.m. last Friday to the Hy-Vee located at 207 Northeast Englewood Road on a reported armed robbery.

Authorities said the suspect entered the store armed with a silver automatic handgun and took an undisclosed amount of money.

The man was described to be between 23 to 30 years old with an average build, wearing a dark-colored hoodie, a T-shirt with a Jordan Nike tennis shoe on the front and gray pants.

The suspect left scene in a dark-colored, four-door vehicle.
