Easy Grilled Steak Chili

2 lbs flat iron steak
1 can Rotel with green chilies
1 can red kidney beans
1 can chili beans
1 can black beans
Salt & pepper (to taste)
Chili powder (to taste)
Season steak on all sides with salt, pepper and chili powder. Prepare grill. Grill steak to medium rare, or when internal temperature reads 135° F with meat thermometer. Tent steak with foil and allow to rise to 145° F and to retain juices. Cut steak into small pieces and place into large, heavy pot.
Drain and rinse beans. Add beans and Rotel to pot. Add more chili powder (to taste) to the mixture and let simmer for at least 1 hour. Serve hot.
