Corned Beef Wraps

Ingredients:
1 lb thinly sliced cooked corned beef
8 slices Swiss cheese
1 jar sauerkraut
1 bottle Thousand Island dressing
1 package wheat tortillas
Instructions:
Lay out 4 tortillas. Place approximately 4 ounces corned beef, 2 slices Swiss cheese, 2 Tablespoons sauerkraut and 1 ½ Tablespoons of Thousand Island dressing on each tortilla. Roll each tortilla individually, and then wrap each one in foil. Heat for 15 minutes in 300° oven. After heating, remove from oven and carefully remove foil. (Caution: foil may be very hot.) Cut each wrap on the diagonal and serve warm. Serves 4.
