Firefighters battle fire at Lenexa gas station, car wash

LENEXA, KS (KCTV) -

Firefighters are battling a fire at a Lenexa gas station and car wash.

The fire was reported about 11:30 a.m. Tuesday in the 15400 block of West 87th Street Parkway. Crews responded to the scene and found the car wash to be completely involved.

They were able to knock down the fire in about 20 minutes, but are concerned about the possibility of the roof collapsing.

KCTV5 has a crew on headed to the scene to gather more details.
