PLATTE COUNTY, MO (KCTV) -

Frederic Philippe is wanted on a Platte County warrant for failing to appear in court on a charge of enticement of a child.

The original offense occurred in 2005 in Platte County and involved the solicitation of a child under 15 years of age for the purpose of engaging in sexual conduct.

His last known address was in the area of East 77th Street and Walnut Avenue in Kansas City, however his current location is unknown.

Philippe is not currently a registered sex offender.
