RAYMORE, MO (KCTV) -
Police are investigating a shooting that left a woman dead.
Police were called to an area on Sunrise Drive just off of Walnut Street shortly after 7:10 a.m. Saturday on reports of a shooting.
When they arrived, officers found a woman in her 30s who was suffering from gunshot wounds. She was taken to a hospital where she later died.
Raymore police said they have one person in custody and would only say the shooting death is still under investigation.
