Papa Lew's Mississippi Catfish Fillet
2 Cups of White Corn Flour
1 Tablespoon of Salt
1 Tablespoon of Pepper
1 Teaspoon of Paprika
1 Table Spoon of Black Pepper
1 Table Spoon of Lawry's Seasoning Salt
4 Catfish Fillets (6oz each)
- In a bowl, mix the flour, salt, seasoning salt, paprika, and pepper.
- In a separate bowl mix egg and milk until it is consistent.
- Dip the catfish fillets in the milk and egg mixture and dredge in the flour mixture to lightly coat.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat, and cook the catfish fillets 4 minutes on each side, until golden brown and crispy.
