Grandview man charged in crash that hurt 2 emergency responders

KANSAS CITY, MO (KCTV) -

A Grandview man faces charges in a crash that hurt two emergency responders.

Crews were working on the scene of an accident Saturday morning on Highway 71 at 85th Street when a car, police say, driven by Matthew Stockton ran into the ambulance.

The 23-year-old faces two counts of assault on a law enforcement officer.

Police say he was drunk at the time of the wreck.
