Stop "work" one hour before bedtime (checking e-mails, etc.)

Keep the bed for SLEEP only

Turn thermostat down 5 degrees at bedtime

No caffeine within 8 hours of bedtime

Limit night time alcohol - it may help you fall asleep, but wake you up within 3-4 hours

No exercise within 2 hours of bedtime
