Two suspects have been arrested after a high-speed chase that started in eastern Jackson County, MO, on Monday morning.
Deputies followed a stolen vehicle into Johnson County, KS shortly before 9:30 a.m. Monday.
The incident began in Lone Jack, MO, when two calls of suspicious activity were reported.
Deputies responded to the area and attempted to make a stop for questioning. The stolen vehicle, a white SUV, fled the scene and began evasive driving. The deputies followed with the assistance of a helicopter.
The suspects continued into Kansas where the Johnson County Sheriff's Office, Lenexa Police Department and Kansas Highway Patrol gave their assistance in stopping the vehicle.
