Blue Springs man charged with exposing self to 1-year-old

BLUE SPRINGS, MO (KCTV) -

A Blue Springs man is behind bars after police say he exposed himself to a 1-year-old child.

Jeffrey Treta, 46, faces charges one count of sexual misconduct.

According to court documents, Treta's wife set up a surveillance camera in the bedroom because she thought someone was stealing from her.

Authorities say that is how she discovered Treta exposing himself to the child and performing lewd acts.
