Mark Fluty

KANSAS CITY, MO (KCTV) -

Mark Fluty is wanted on a Bellingham, WA, warrant for sexual assault and a Missouri parole violation warrant for check forgery.

The original offense occurred in 1992 in Bellingham and involved the sexual assault of a 16-year-old girl.

His last known location was the Kansas City Community Release Center, located at 651 Mulberry, where he walked away last November.

He has a previous address in the area of East 33rd Street and Elmwood Abe in Kansas City.

His current location is unknown.

Fluty is a registered sex offender in Jackson County and has been known to use the aliases of Rick Leighton and Richard Lee.
