OTTAWA, KS (KCTV) -

Police say a missing 93-year-old Kansas City man with a history of dementia has been found safe.

Claude Bullington was located Tuesday morning at a Casey's General Store in Ottawa, KS, about 53 miles from Kansas City.

Police said the elderly man appeared to be healthy but very confused.  He was taken to the Ottawa police station and family has been notified.

Bullington was last seen by his family Monday afternoon.  His family said that his credit card was used  in the Peculiar area.  They've also tracked purchases in Elwood, KS, and Kansas City, KS.

Jennifer Scoles, who is Bullington's grandson's wife, she says the family has been tracking Bullington through his Discover card.

He last used it at 2:30 a.m. Tuesday in Peculiar, MO, at a gas station where he got $40 worth of gas.

Before that, he used it in Elwood, KS, also at a gas station, at 9:30 p.m. Monday.  He first used the credit card at 3:30 p.m. Monday in Kansas City, KS.

Bullington left his home about 1:30 p.m. Monday to get his car inspected. He lives with his wife near 129th Street and Blue Ridge Boulevard in south Kansas City.

His family says he usually drives during the day time, but usually just within 10 miles of his home.
