BLUE SPRINGS, MO (KCTV) -
A 35-year-old woman is in critical condition after she was stabbed multiple times by her husband, police say.
Blue Springs police said the woman was staying at the Nights Inn motel located in the 3400 block of Northwest on Jefferson Street.
Authorities said woman was visiting a friend in another room when her husband attacked her about 8:30 p.m. Monday.
She was rushed to a hospital with critical injuries but is expected to survive.
The husband in is custody awaiting possible charges.
