Solution Center will provide AMS support twenty four hours a day year round to AHW customers

AHW, LLC, a John Deere dealer serving northeastern and central Illinois announces today the introduction of a new technology support division they are calling “The AHW Solution Center.” The AHW Solution Center is now open in Champaign, Illinois, and employs a team of six (6) AMS technology professionals. The team is backed by eight (8) AMS field specialists, stationed throughout the ten (10) store territory, available for advanced troubleshooting. The Solution Center will provide year-round support to AHW customers for their AMS optimization, logistics and decision support needs.
According to Justin Blanchette, vice president of Integrated Solutions at AHW, LLC, the focus of the Solution Center is to provide immediate answers to any technology issues that arise in the John Deere equipment. “In the near future, John Deere will be discontinuing their AMS support from 1-888-GRN-STAR. The AHW Solution Center is positioned, not only to replace John Deere support but to take the idea of support to the next level. Future products from John Deere like Remote Display Access (RDA) and Wireless Data Transfer (WDT) will require greater local dealer support and agronomic understanding.”
Blanchette continued: “Providing support for thousands of customers at any given time, and doing so in a timely and efficient manner can be a daunting task. The solution center will provide an important piece to that puzzle. It will act as a gateway for support and troubleshooting. The personnel on staff have the knowledge necessary to provide answers the majority of the time. Equally important, they understand when an AMS Field Specialist is needed. They are able to dispatch the closest available Specialist and forward the details of the ‘case' to allow the Specialist in the field to pick up right where the Solution Center left off. The improved process leads to more efficient diagnosis, faster problem resolution, and most importantly, the most positive customer experience available.”
AHW Solution Center access is limited to AHW customers only. In order for customers to receive support from the Solution Center, an annual support agreement will be required. Customers without an agreement will be subject to individual charges, on a per call basis. Sign up for the program is simple and can be completed online by following the solution center link at http://www.ahwllc.com. Sign up is also available at any of the ten AHW locations, or by contacting an AHW salesmen.
"AHW, LLC prides itself on providing innovative products to its customers. Across all agricultural markets throughout Illinois, Ag producers are relying on precision farming technology,” Blanchette said. “John Deere equipment has been and will continue to be a leader in innovation for this technology." To be a premier John Deere dealer, we believe our role as a dealership continues well beyond the sale. We want to provide continued support for this equipment to our customers. Our Solution Center will ensure that we do just that. From the time the wheels start turning in the spring through the completion of fall fertilizer application, the equipment will work as intended. We truly want to provide our customers with tomorrow’s solutions today.”
