Minor injuries reported after car, school bus collide in Lenexa

LENEXA, KS (KCTV) -

One person suffered minor injuries in an accident involving a car and a bus.

The accident happened about 5:50 a.m. Wednesday on West 76th Street and Quivira Road.

The Honda Accord car slammed into the back of the bus.

The accident caused the air bags to deploy, and there was a small fire that was put out by firefighters.

The cause of the accident is under investigation.
