KANSAS CITY, MO (KCTV) -
Detectives are investigating after a shooting victim was found Tuesday afternoon.
The victim was found in the area of Ninth Street and Highland Avenue just after 5 p.m. Police believe the man was shot on Ninth Street between The Paseo and Woodland Avenue.
The man is listed in serious condition in an area hospital. Chopper5 was over the scene where blood smeared the street and a red shopping bag was abandoned in the street.
