Police investigate reported rape on city's south side

KANSAS CITY, MO (KCTV) -

Police are investigating an alleged rape reported on the city's south side.

Officers were called to a convenience store located at 123rd Street and State Line Road shortly before 6 a.m. Monday.

The woman went to the store and asked to use a phone to call for help.

Authorities have not released the location where the incident may have happened.
